To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYXORATECH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
